Details of 2010 Spring into Summer Promotion:
- Submit a 5% material & labor commitment deposit by 7/30/2010 and receive a 5% material discount on your total materials package.
- Total materials package includes the log shell, timber roof system, 2" x 6" tongue & groove decking, R-30 roof insulation panels, and wood treatment package.
- All optional materials packages provided by StoneMill are not subject to available discounts.
- Total materials package plus shell erection & basic dry-in services must be purchased in full to receive applicable material discounts as specified above.
Provisions of Promotion:
- 5% material & labor commitment deposits, as specified above, are non-refundable.
- 5% material & labor deposit will freeze material package price for 18 months and begin drafting process.
- Signed contracts on both materials and labor must be received with 5% material & labor deposit to be eligible for promotion.
- Customers qualifying for other StoneMill promotions will not be eligible for this promotion.
