Land Buying Checklist| Consider these Factors Before Purchasing Land
By Log Home Living editorial staff

Building your dream home will probably be the biggest investment you make so you want to be sure you have everything in order. The place to start is with your selection of land to build the home on. You will need to consider the topography, the views you want to be able to capture, the natural elements such as strong winds heavy precipitation, utilities, access and more.

I'm just writing to let you know how completely happy I am to have done business with StoneMill Log Homes. The thought of building a house had me completely frazzled. You answered all my questions and some I didn't even know to ask. Not only did you walk me through the process, but you didn't let me miss any steps and what you told me was going to happen, really did happen. I honestly never expected a crew to come out and set up my home as easily and as fast as those guys from Creekside Construction. I was a little less than confident when only 4 guys showed up, but they proved to be experts. Not only did they know what they were doing, they made it look incredibly easy. They were organized and were completely prepared. They worked some long hours on extremely hot, sunny days and still had the patience to answer questions. All I had to do was sit in the shade and watch my dream being put together. Thanks again for all your help in this process.
